St. Kitts And Nevis

Citizenship By Investment Program

St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship By Investment is the world’s longest-standing CBI program, offering efficient and reliable processing. St. Kitts and Nevis, a trailblazer in the CBI program, continues to be a preferred choice due to its reputable program and streamlined processing.

Established in 1984, this pioneering CBI program emerged in response to the economic challenges following the collapse of the sugar industry. As the longest running CBI initiative worldwide, it has consistently attracted discerning investors who contribute significantly to the country’s development. Through this program, the government welcomes high-quality individuals of outstanding character, offering them a valuable opportunity in exchange for their investment. Once approved, applicants receive a passport valid for 10 years, with the option for renewal.

The legal basis for Citizenship By Investment (CBI) in St. Kitts and Nevis is set out in Part II & III(5) of the Citizenship Act, 1984, and further regulated by the Saint Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Regulations of 2011.
