He developed comprehensive 3-statement financial models for new ventures, designed performance benchmarks, and established robust MIS frameworks across Asset Management, Securities Trading, and Investment Banking divisions. His treasury and investment banking expertise is evidenced through performance analytics for securities trading operations, treasury performance reporting, and financial modeling for M&A transactions, fundraising initiatives, and investment portfolios.
At Unity Bank, as Team Lead for Enterprise Performance Management, he revolutionized the bank’s performance infrastructure by reactivating the Fintrak Performance Management Portal and redefining the MIS reporting architecture. He implemented comprehensive performance tracking across all banking segments, coordinated bank-wide budgeting processes, and delivered sophisticated product and customer profitability analyses that informed strategic decisions.
At Skye Bank (now Polaris Bank), he played a pivotal role in one of Nigeria’s most significant banking consolidations—the integration of Mainstreet Bank branches following acquisition. He led post-merger integration of financial systems, ensured seamless migration of performance data, and consolidated acquired branches into Skye’s framework. He also managed the critical migration from Flexcube 06 to Flexcube 12 (FCUBS), designed the bank’s account MIS structure, and automated critical financial processes including expense management.
